Huay Tung Tao Lake is a five minute drive from our Villa. It has a 10km running and cycling track that goes all the way around the lake and is beautiful in the morning and evening hours. Why not enjoy a drink and dinner in one of the many restaurants along side the lake after your exercise. Or join one of the many amateur anglers and see if you can catch yourself a dinner.

Did you know that not too long ago, the poppy farming for opium was taking place all along the Thai / Burmese border? – It turns out that the same climate is also suitable for growing great fruit and vegetable, so in a project led by the Thai King many of these farms have been converted to grow fresh produce. Some fo which you can sample during your breakfast. Don’t miss the chance to visit one of the produce markets in and around the city.
