Deposit Policy:

• For flexible rates Credit Card deposit required – 1 night deposit will be charged
• For non refundable rates the full price of the stay will be charged
• Test & Go bookings are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation is free of charge 14 days prior to the date of arrival
• For cancellation 7 days prior to arrival, we charge you 50% of the room rate as cancellation fee
• For cancellation 24 hrs or less before arrival, we charge you 100% of the room rate as cancellation fee
• For non refundable rates the full price of the stay will be charged

Check in time is after 3pm; Check out time is before 11am
